Our policies

What to know before you book, and what happens if plans change.

Booking and deposits

Book ahead on the booking page, or walk in when a basin is open. There is no deposit. Booking holds your time, and we send a text the day before.

Canceling and running late

Please give 24 hours' notice to move or cancel. Up to ten minutes late is fine; after that we may shorten your service or move you to the next opening.

If you miss an appointment

If you miss an appointment, call us and we will find another time. After a repeated miss we may ask you to call and confirm each booking.

Children and companions

Children are welcome with an adult beside them. A pedicure chair is for one person, and a guest can sit by the window.

Patch tests and allergies

Tell us if a polish, lotion or other nail product has ever bothered your skin. We will choose another and note it for your next visit.

Redos and refunds

If a polish chips or a nail lifts within a week, tell us and we will look at it. Please do not pull off gel yourself; come in and we will take it off.

Tipping

Tips are welcome and never expected. You can leave one in cash or with your card, and it goes to your technician.

Before your visit

Come as you are; we take polish off. Wear loose pants that roll to the knee, or bring shorts, and arrive five minutes early to choose a color.

When to ask your doctor first

Ask your doctor first if you have diabetes, a cut or wound on your foot, swelling, or an infection on your skin or nails. If you are not sure, ask us when you book, and we will tell you honestly if a service should wait.
