Questions
What people ask first
Do you take walk-ins?
Yes, when a basin is open. A booked time is always held, so a walk-in may wait if the row is full, and we text you when your chair is ready.
How long does a pedicure take?
The full Paraffin pedicure is about seventy minutes. A classic is about forty-five, and gel adds time under the lamp. Every service on the menu shows its time.
What is the paraffin step?
Feet are dipped in warm paraffin, wrapped in a towel and left to rest for about ten minutes. It is optional; say so at the start if you would rather skip it.
What should I tell you before a pedicure?
Tell us if you have a cut, a wound, swelling or an infection on your foot, or if you have diabetes. We may ask you to see your doctor first. Tell us too if a nail product has ever bothered you.
Do I need to remove my polish first?
No, we take polish off as part of the pedicure. Gel done somewhere else takes extra time, so book removal first or tell us when you book.
Can I bring a friend or a child?
A guest can sit by the window while you are in the chair. Children are welcome with an adult beside them.
How do you clean your tools and basins?
Metal tools are cleaned and disinfected between clients, every client gets a new file and buffer, and basins are scrubbed and refilled before the next soak. Ask us anything about it.
How does pricing work?
Each service has a time and a price that show when you book. The price turns on the service, regular or gel polish and any add-ons. How pricing works explains it.
How does a series work?
A series books several pedicures together, about a month apart, so your next visits are already held. Each visit is the same ritual; you can move one with 24 hours' notice.
Does anyone speak Vietnamese?
Yes. Truc, Thom, Hang, Mi and Phong all speak Vietnamese and English.
Something we did not answer?
Write to us or call, and a technician will reply.
